I'm determined to finish these Perth Curvettes challenges this time!! Today I'm doing back.
I never really pay much attention to my back. I guess because when you look in the mirror it's not something you see.
This is my back. We haven't always been friends. But not because of the way it look, because of the way it is. I have extra bones in my neck, and a gap in one of my vertebrae in my lower back. This means I have a super long spine, and my coccyx curls underneath my pelvis and they push on each other when I sit. It can be painful. It's that sort of uncomfortable that you live with for so long you don't even notice it's there. I have some days where I can't wait to get in to bed and I nearly cry at the relief of pressure, and other days where I don't even notice it. It is what it is.
So, that's my back!

Things I Love Thursday
My love of shoes has suddenly been rekindled. I went off them for a little while there, but I'm back baby! I'm all about the wedges. I've realised my problem was that I was trying to fit my wide foot into shoes too narrow, now I try them all on (unless they're leather and I know will stretch) or if I've bought online will on sell, or give away. I refuse to be uncomfortable anymore. I don't need to be. Anyway, with that said, here is what I've fallen in love with on the internet this week.
I don't really like wedges with a full cork wedge, but I like the accent of cork on these wedges. I want these to be my summer wedges!
I really think I have to go to try these on. They are just edgy enough for me with the exposed zip. I want to wear these with my favourite skinny leg jeans.
I LOVE the colour of these wedges. I want to wear these ones with jeans, but also with all black.
I want these overall shorts to wear when summer rolls around again. I want to wear them with my bikini underneath. So I am ready to swim anywhere, anytime.
I really like this bardot top from New Look. I want to wear it with my new acid wash jeans.
hmm...I really must go in to Betts are try those wedges on...

Perth Cuvettes Body Parts Challenge - Waist
I'm finally back with another body parts challenge!! I got super motivated yesterday and took a whole bunch of photos, then realised I didn't have the tripod up high enough so my face looks a bit weird, but ANY HOO!
I really love the way this dress defines my waist, so that's why I chose it. It also makes my boobs look big, so that's a plus.
I have quite a high waist. I don't know if it's because my body is quite short, I don't really care. I used to hate my torso as a whole, from boob to pelvis. It was too round, too big, too jiggly.
But now I like to define it with belts, or show it off with crop tops. It's it still all those things, but its no longer 'too much' it just is. And I like ti that way.

Dress - Hell Bunny (second hand)
Shoes - New Look via ASOS
Necklace - Birthday present from my girl Alex at Jet Georgette
How awesome is this dress?? I was so unsure about the white, mainly because I'm messy and I always end up with food all over me. But, when I saw it pop up on a buy/sell/swap page, I grabbed, and so glad I did. It's got a tattoo print all over it.

Life Lately
I haven't really been up too much fun lately. It's all been work. Plus, trying to save for our trip means we've cut down the outings considerably. But, here are a few snap shots of what's been going on.
I got the coolest new tshirt!
I satisfied a cookie craving.
My neuron earring arrived!!
I gave myself a fringe trim
My pizza stone arrived. This thing is so awesome. My pizzas were amazing!
Lots of walks with this doofus.
He made a pirate face.
I burnt my chin on molten hot cheese. I had to eat my pizza straight from the oven, none of this waiting for it to cool business!
Saturday night's outfit. I went out with my folks for burgers and to see Frente! play.
My folks. Aren't they cuties!
I couldn't decide between pop tarts and macarons, so I had both.
Yesterday was date day with Jesse. We checked out Bread in Common in Fremantle. The food was amazing. The place is totally pretentious, but the food more than makes up for that. I knew we what we were in for when the waiter tried to tell us what to order. I'll order how and what I want, thanks.
And then my drink arrived in this and I knew it had hit new levels of obnoxiousness. Oh well, we still enjoyed it and it won't stop us going back.
And that's it really. Catch ups with the family. Catch ups with the Fuck Yeah Perth Curvettes.
I've got some more of the Perth Curvettes body parts challenges to share with you, so keep your eyes out for those!

It's Thursday! That means I get to share the things I've fallen in love with on the internets this week!!
I've decided I want to decorate my office with Brains. I think starting with a model is the best idea ever!
These shoes from Mod Cloth are just the cutest!

I am totally in love with this skirt from PUG. It has castles on it!!
Check out all of this dudes rings. They are all super duper cool. If I had a spare 1K lying around, I'd be all over this.

What I Wore - The Blue Tunic
Looking at these photos I feel a little bit like I'm dressed as a nurse! But, I LOVE this tunic.
I nabbed the pink version of this tunic a little while ago with some birthday vouchers, and have been in love since I first slipped it on. Then, when the blue one popped up for the grand total of $20, I had to have it. It sold out almost instantly, so I'm super happy I managed to get one!

Tunic - City Chic (similar)
Stockings - Sonsee Woman
Shoes - Kmart
Necklace - Domino Dollhouse
These tunics are just so easy to wear, and are so versatile. I may have also ordered a black one...(I did)
