Things I Love Thursday

I have been super down lately. Feeling so overwhelmed with everything that is going on in my life. Spent a lot of time crying yesterday, feeling like I just wanted to walk away from everything and be on my own for a bit. But, then my brother and my sister in law came over, and said some nice things, and we hung out, and it was really nice. So, I'm feeling slightly better about things today. I'll have a Neurofeedback session later, and that should sort me out.
